Whole house remodel
It is really easy to get overwhelmed with a house you either inhabit or plan to inhabit. One decision affects another, and it is hard to know where to start. That’s where I come in. I am a seasoned remodeling consultant who will help with as little or as much as you like.
Things I do: I help clients look at contractor’s budgets and bids, give feedback about plans or layouts, make a final choice about a few materials the homeowner has selected, and coach them at what they can and cannot do themselves. I help clients think more creatively and see the pros and cons of decisions, all while keeping a mindful eye on the homeowner’s budget.
I’m kind of like a life-coach for making houses more interesting, whether the remodeling is all-at-once or one step at a time.
